Toronto Airport Taxi Quote — Your Exact Fare in 60 Seconds
Not an estimate, not a range, not a callback: enter two addresses and get the exact all-in fare for every vehicle in the fleet, locked the moment you book.
Most airport taxi quotes in Toronto are one of three things: a phone call, a vague range, or an app price that changes while you look at it. Ours is none of them. The quote engine at /ride/ measures your actual driving route, prices all six vehicle classes from the published rate card, and shows totals with gratuity, HST and every fee already inside — in under a minute, no account, no callback.
How the 60-second quote works
Type your pickup address and destination (airports autocomplete like any address). The engine measures the driving route between them — the real road distance, not straight-line guesswork — and applies each vehicle's published per-kilometre rate and minimum.
You'll see every vehicle priced side by side: Sedan for up to three, SUV and Premium SUV for six, Sprinter Van for eleven, plus the Premium Sedan and Stretch. Pick one, add your flight number if an airport is involved, and the fare you saw is the fare that's charged — card saved securely and charged only once the ride is confirmed, or pay the chauffeur cash on the day.
- Enter pickup + destination — the route is measured, not estimated
- All six vehicles priced at once, all-in totals shown
- Flight number ties your pickup to the actual landing time
- Book online 3+ hours ahead; sooner than that, call (416) 200-5070
- Nothing added later: the quoted total is the charged total
What makes the quote exact rather than an estimate
Two design choices. First, the fare formula is deterministic: measured kilometres times a published rate, plus published fees, plus fixed percentages for gratuity and HST. There is no demand multiplier anywhere in it, so the same trip quotes the same fare at midnight as at noon.
Second, the risk that pricing usually pushes onto you — traffic — stays with us. If the 401 turns into a parking lot, the meter you're not in would have kept climbing; your quote doesn't.
Sample quotes to calibrate against
A few real Sedan totals the engine returns, going to Pearson: most GTA addresses $112.67; Ajax $145.66; Hamilton $164.66; Kitchener-Waterloo $229.19; Niagara Falls $327.56. Your own address will differ slightly with its exact kilometres — that's the point of measuring.
Quotes for trips that aren't simple A-to-B
Extra stops quote inline — each adds its vehicle’s stop fee (from $15 on the Sedan) plus its added distance, and the engine reprices the whole route. Hourly as-directed days (roadshows, weddings) quote from hourly tiers instead of distance, with a three-hour minimum on the Sedan.
For anything genuinely unusual — an oversize load, a multi-vehicle group move, a cross-border run to Buffalo — the phone gets you a firm number from a human who has priced it before, on the same no-surprises basis.

White-glove chauffeured service — flat fares, flight tracking, and a driver who meets you at the door.
A car for every arrival.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to book to see the quote?
No. Quoting at /ride/ is free and commitment-free — run as many routes and vehicles as you like before deciding.
How long is a quote valid?
The fare is locked when you book. Until then it simply reflects the current rate card — quotes don't expire on a timer or creep upward while you think.
Is the taxi quote different from the limo quote?
It's one engine and one fleet. Whether you'd call the Sedan a taxi, a car service, or a limo, the price is the same published-rate math.
Can I get a quote by phone instead?
Yes — (416) 200-5070, 24/7. Phone quotes come from the same rate card, and it's the right channel for pickups less than three hours out.
