Toronto Airport Limo Rates
The full rate card, published — per-kilometre rates, minimum fares, and real all-in totals for every vehicle in the fleet. Most operators make you call for this. We'd rather you see it.
Every fare we quote is built from the rate card on this page. There is no meter, no surge window, and no separate tax or tip added at the curb: the number you're quoted at /ride/ is built from your route's actual driving distance, the vehicle's published rate, and every surcharge — gratuity, HST, fees — already inside it. Below is the complete card, the fees that can apply, and real all-in fares to destinations we drive daily.
The rate card, vehicle by vehicle
Six vehicle classes, each with a per-kilometre rate and a minimum fare. Short trips price at the minimum; longer trips price by distance. Gratuity (15%), a 5% fuel surcharge (waived on the Sedan), 13% HST, and a 2% card fee are then applied to reach the all-in total — so the base numbers below are the starting point, not the finished fare.
Distance is measured on the actual driving route between your pickup and drop-off, the same way the booking engine measures it when it quotes you.
- Sedan (up to 3 passengers) — $1.98/km, $85 minimum, no fuel surcharge
- Premium Sedan, Mercedes-Benz (up to 3) — $3.55/km, $225 minimum
- SUV (up to 6) — $2.65/km, $135 minimum
- Premium SUV, Cadillac Escalade (up to 6) — $3.65/km, $199 minimum
- Sprinter Van (up to 11) — $5.75/km, $355 minimum
- Stretch Limousine — $6.50/km, $379 minimum
Fees that can apply — all of them
This is the complete list. If a charge isn't here, it doesn't exist: there are no booking fees, no fuel top-ups at the door, and no holiday or night surcharges of any kind.
Airport pickups carry a flat pickup fee that the airport levies on pre-arranged vehicles — $15.27 for the Sedan, Premium Sedan, SUV and Premium SUV, and $35 for the Sprinter Van and Stretch Limousine. Rides TO the airport carry no pickup fee at all, which is why a drop-off always quotes a little lower than the same route as a pickup.
- Airport pickup fee: $15.27 (Sedan/SUV classes) or $35 (Sprinter, Stretch) — pickups only, already inside quoted totals
- Extra stop: from $15 per stop — $15 on the Sedan, $20 SUV, $25 Premium SUV, $30 Premium Sedan, $40 Sprinter and Stretch — plus the added kilometres reprice the route
- Meet & greet: $65 flat, airport pickups only — chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name sign
- Child seats: free, installed, forward- or rear-facing
- Gratuity 15% and HST 13%: already included in every quoted total
Real all-in fares from the card
These are live engine fares for the Sedan, computed from measured driving distances — the same totals the instant quote returns. The first figure is the ride TO Pearson (no pickup fee); the second is FROM Pearson.
Trips inside roughly 43 km land on the Sedan's minimum, which is why much of the GTA shares the same two numbers.
- Mississauga, downtown Toronto, Oakville, Markham and most of the GTA — $112.67 to Pearson / $132.91 from Pearson
- Ajax — $145.66 to Pearson / $165.90 from Pearson
- Hamilton — $164.66 / $184.90
- Kitchener-Waterloo — $229.19 / $249.44
- Barrie — $236.46 / $256.72
- Niagara Falls — $327.56 / $347.80
- Kingston — $712.28 / $732.52
Hourly and as-directed rates
For roadshows, weddings, and multi-stop days, the Sedan books by the hour: $85 per hour for the first three hours (the three-hour minimum) and $73 per hour after that, with the same gratuity, HST and card fee applied on top. A three-hour Sedan booking works out to $338 all-in.
Other vehicles quote hourly on request — the hourly landing page covers how as-directed bookings run.
Why we publish the card
Airport ground transport in Toronto splits into two camps: operators who publish nothing and quote by phone, and meters that can't tell you the total until the ride ends. A published rate card plus measured-route pricing means the fare is checkable — you can take any line on this page, multiply it out for your route, and land on the same number the engine gives you.
When rates change, this page changes with them; the card above always matches what the quote engine is actually charging.

Frequently asked questions
Are these rates per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A $229.19 Kitchener-Waterloo sedan fare splits to about $76 each for three passengers, and a Sprinter Van spreads its fare across up to eleven.
Is gratuity really included in the quoted rate?
Yes — 15% gratuity, 13% HST, the fuel surcharge where it applies, and the 2% card fee are all inside the quoted total. Nothing is added on the day.
Do rates go up at night, on weekends, or on holidays?
No. The rate card is the rate card — 3am on a holiday Monday prices exactly like 2pm on a Tuesday.
Why is a pickup at Pearson slightly more than a drop-off?
Pre-arranged airport pickups carry the airport's flat fee ($15.27 for most vehicles, $35 for the Sprinter and Stretch). Drop-offs don't, so the same route quotes lower on the way out.
Where do I get my exact number?
The instant quote at /ride/ measures your route and prices all six vehicles in under a minute — the total it shows is the total you pay.
