Highway 400 north of Toronto

Our services

Orillia to Toronto Airport Limo & Car Service

Between two lakes and a long way from a terminal — until a fixed-fare car turns 123 km of Highway 11 and the 400 into someone else's job.

From Orillia, Toronto Pearson is 122.82 km south — Highway 11 to the 400 just above Barrie, then the 400 nearly all the way — and a sedan does it for a flat $322.34 all-in, taxes and gratuity included, no airport fee airport-bound. Set aside about 70–100 minutes. Casino shift schedules, campus terms and cottage seasons all ride this corridor, and every one of them pays the number quoted at /ride/ before the car ever moves.

Between the lakes, bound for Pearson

Orillia generates more airport traffic than a town its size should: Casino Rama across the narrows draws entertainers, staff and visitors who fly; Lakehead University's Orillia campus and Georgian College turn over students every term; OPP General Headquarters sends people to conferences and courses across the country. Add Mariposa weekend in July and the summer cottage economy, and the road south stays busy in both directions all year.

Hwy 11 to the 400: where the time goes

The route is clean — Highway 11 sweeps down from Orillia and folds into the 400 just north of Barrie, and the 400 carries you past Bradford and King to the 427 corridor and the terminals. Where it goes wrong is predictable: summer Fridays northbound don't affect you, but summer Sundays southbound absolutely do, and winter snow squalls between Barrie and King can slow the 400 to a convoy.

That's the spread behind 70–100 minutes. Our chauffeurs run this highway constantly — the neighbouring corridor is covered on our Pearson Airport to Barrie page — and in squall season they leave margin without being asked.

The Orillia fare board

Both directions, all-in — the roughly $20 difference going home is the terminal pickup fee and its knock-ons, and the return includes flight tracking so a late landing never strands anyone at arrivals.

  • Premium Sedan — $603.06 out · $624.18 back
  • SUV — $450.17 out · $471.29 back — six aboard beats two sedans at $644.68
  • Premium SUV — $620.04 out · $641.16 back

Casino shifts, campus terms and cottage season

The corridor's calendar writes itself: December and April are Lakehead and Georgian move-out weeks, with students and their room contents heading for international flights; July and August fill the cars with families closing out Couchiching rentals; Rama's show nights put performers and their crews on next-morning departures. None of these bookings look alike — which is why the quote engine prices your exact address, party size and vehicle rather than selling one-size-fits-all.

Planning departure day from Orillia

Give the drive its full 100 minutes if you're leaving mid-day or on a summer Sunday, then stack terminal time on top — two hours domestic, three international. A 9 a.m. international flight is therefore a 4:30 a.m. Orillia pickup, which the 24/7 schedule treats as unremarkable. Orillia has no passenger rail, and the nearest GO trains leave from Barrie; with luggage, the one-seat car south is the version that doesn't require a ride to catch your ride.

How the booking works

Three or more hours out, /ride/ books it instantly; tighter than that, call (416) 200-5070 or 1-877-200-5070. Confirmation lands by SMS, a reminder follows about four hours before pickup, and the emailed link lets you adjust the trip yourself up to 12 hours ahead. Fifteen-plus years of these long runs south — the routine shows.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can you collect from Casino Rama?

Yes — Rama pickups and drop-offs are routine, for guests, performers and staff alike. It sits a few kilometres beyond central Orillia, so the /ride/ quote prices the exact address.

  • Do you run term-time trips for Lakehead and Georgian students?

Every December, April and September — sedans for a student with two cases, SUVs when the whole residence room is coming home. Pickups from Pearson are flight-tracked, so a delayed connection just moves the car.

  • Where does the Orillia run lose time?

Southbound on summer Sundays, when cottage traffic packs the 400 below Barrie, and in winter snow-squall belts between Barrie and King. Clear roads run about 70 minutes; those days push toward 100.

  • Why does the airport-to-Orillia direction cost about $20 more?

Terminal pickups carry the $15.27 airport fee, which grows slightly with tax and card processing — $342.58 for the sedan versus $322.34 going in. Rides to the airport skip the fee entirely.
