Muskoka to Toronto Airport Limo — Bracebridge, Gravenhurst & Huntsville
Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Huntsville and the lakes between — one page, three fare lines, and Highway 11 running south to the 400.
Muskoka to Toronto Airport is really three trips wearing one name, so here are the numbers up front: a sedan runs $418.73 all-in from Gravenhurst, $458.34 from Bracebridge and $551.74 from Huntsville — complete totals, no airport fee southbound — with SUVs at $584.79, $640.10 and $770.55. The spine is Highway 11 to Barrie, where it pours into the 400. Distances run 159.6 to 210.2 km and drives from about 90 minutes to 2¾ hours, depending on your town and the cottage traffic. Any lake road in the district, priced exactly, at /ride/.
Three towns, three fare lines, one booking page
The trip is the same trip from anywhere in the district — Highway 11, then the 400 — so one page carries all three fare lines. The town changes the number, not the service:
Return pickups from Pearson are $438.97 to Gravenhurst, $478.58 to Bracebridge and $571.98 to Huntsville by sedan, each including the $15.27 airport pickup fee.

Highway 11 south: the district's one road out
Every airport run in Muskoka finds Highway 11 eventually — through Huntsville, Bracebridge and Gravenhurst, past Orillia, into Barrie where the 11 pours into Highway 400 and the run south to the 401 begins. It's divided highway the whole way, which is why even Huntsville's 210 km moves briskly when the district is quiet.
The quote you book covers whatever the road does that day — there's no meter and no surcharge for a slow 400.
Cottage Fridays and southbound Sundays
Muskoka's traffic is tidal. Friday afternoon the northbound 400 and 11 are a single slow ribbon of boat trailers; from mid-afternoon Sunday the tide reverses, and southbound — your direction, if you fly out Sunday evening — can add serious time between Barrie and the 401. Long weekends double the effect.
The honest advice: for a Sunday or holiday-Monday flight, book the pickup at the generous end and then some, or fly Monday morning when the highway is empty. The flat fare is identical either way; only your cushion changes.
Cottage and resort pickups: give us the civic address
Lake roads don't answer to cottage nicknames, so the booking wants the blue 911 civic number — the one on the post at the end of the driveway — plus any gate code or private-road quirk in the notes. With that, the chauffeur arrives at the right dock road the first time, and the quote at /ride/ prices the exact address rather than the nearest town.
Resort pickups are simpler still: Deerhurst outside Huntsville, the JW Marriott on Lake Rosseau near Port Carling, Windermere House, the Muskoka Wharf hotels in Gravenhurst — doorstep collections with the luggage handled.
Flying into Pearson, driving up to the lakes
Arrivals run on flight tracking: give us the flight number and the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, whether the aircraft is early out of Calgary or late out of Frankfurt. Meet & greet ($65) adds a name sign inside the arrivals hall — useful for guests who have never done the drive north.
Northbound on a summer Friday meets the cottage tide head-on, so arriving guests should expect the top of the drive range in that direction too. The fare, as always, is settled before the car moves.
Group maths for a cottage crowd
Muskoka trips travel in groups, and the arithmetic rewards it. From Huntsville, one SUV at $770.55 beats two sedans at $1,103.48 by a wide margin; a Sprinter Van keeps an entire cottage party — and its coolers, golf bags and duffels — in one vehicle for the whole run.
Every cabin, sedan through Sprinter, is on /fleet/; the instant quote lines them all up for your town and date.
Booking from the district
/ride/ takes bookings up to three hours before pickup; lake-morning scrambles inside that window go by phone — (416) 200-5070 or 1-877-200-5070. SMS confirmation is instant, a reminder lands about four hours ahead, and the emailed self-serve link edits the booking until 12 hours out.
Pay by card, charged only once the ride is confirmed — Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur at the dock road. Child seats are free and installed. The cars run 24/7, all four seasons of the district.

White-glove chauffeured service — flat fares, flight tracking, and a driver who meets you at the door.
A car for every arrival.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Muskoka to Toronto Airport?
By sedan, $418.73 all-in from Gravenhurst, $458.34 from Bracebridge and $551.74 from Huntsville; SUVs run $584.79, $640.10 and $770.55. Every figure includes gratuity, HST and card fee, with no airport fee southbound.
Can you pick up at a cottage on a private lake road?
Yes — book with the blue 911 civic address and any gate or road notes, and the chauffeur navigates to the driveway itself. The quote prices the exact address, not the nearest town.
How long does Huntsville to Pearson take?
About 2 to 2¾ hours for the 210.2 km. Quiet weekday mornings run near two hours; summer Sundays southbound and winter weather claim the rest of the range.
What does Port Carling to the airport cost?
Port Carling isn't one of the three published lines, so quote it directly: enter the address at /ride/ and the exact all-in total for every vehicle appears in seconds — same flat-fare rules, no airport fee going south.
Is flying out on a summer Sunday a bad idea?
It's the district's heaviest travel window — the southbound 400 crawls from mid-afternoon. If the flight is fixed, book a generous pickup time; if it isn't, Monday morning is the empty-highway option.
