Belleville Airport Limo Service
Long-distance airport chauffeuring done properly for the Bay of Quinte — Loyalist College, the County's guests and two-hour runs handled at any hour.
Nobody in Belleville wanders out to catch a flight — at nearly 200 kilometres from Pearson, every trip is planned, and the planning is the point. We run the Quinte region's airport transfers on flat all-in quotes with tracked flights and round-the-clock availability, treating the two-hour run as the core of the job rather than an exception to it.
Two hours out, and fully served
Distance is our normal. The same fleet that shuttles GTA suburbs runs Kingston-length trips every week, so a Belleville booking gets no asterisks: the quote is flat, the chauffeur arrives with the schedule already built around your flight, and the fare agreed at booking is the fare, full stop.
That certainty matters more the farther you live from the terminal. A missed shuttle in Mississauga costs minutes; in Belleville it costs the flight. Pre-booked, confirmed, tracked — that's the product.
Loyalist College and the end-of-term rush
Loyalist College fills a real share of these seats. Students — many of them international, connecting through Pearson to other continents — travel at the term's pressure points with luggage that reflects a life in transit. The Sprinter Van on /fleet/ takes a whole shared apartment's worth in one run; a sedan suits the student with one big case and a deadline.
The Quinte communities we drive
Belleville anchors the booking, but the coverage is the region.
- Downtown Belleville and East Hill
- Cannifton and Foxboro
- Rossmore, across the Bay Bridge
- Trenton and Quinte West
- Stirling and Frankford
- Prince Edward County, from Rossmore to Wellington
Weddings, wineries and County guests
Prince Edward County's wedding and wine seasons land at Pearson first. Guest lists fly in from three provinces and two continents; what they need on the ground is one vehicle big enough for the group and a chauffeur who already has the venue's address. That's a booking we're built for — the Sprinter for the party, meet & greet ($65) so nobody walks out of arrivals to silence.
VIA exists — here's the honest trade
Belleville sits on VIA's Toronto–Montreal corridor, and for a downtown Toronto meeting the train is a fair choice. For a flight it's a relay: Belleville to Union, Union to the UP Express, UP Express to the terminal, luggage in hand for every hand-off — and the first train of the morning makes no promises about a 7 a.m. departure. The car does the whole thing in one seat, timed backward from bag-drop.
The number, and how to book it
From Belleville to Pearson, sedans start at $514.92 all-in — gratuity, HST and card fee included. The full six-vehicle table, both directions, is on the Belleville to Toronto Airport route page.
Three-plus hours out, book at /ride/; closer, the phones are live 24/7 at (416) 200-5070 and 1-877-200-5070. Confirmation and a reminder arrive by SMS — the reminder about four hours ahead — and the emailed link keeps the booking editable until 12 hours before pickup. Card or cash as you prefer; child seats are free on request.

Frequently asked questions
Is Belleville too far for an airport car?
Not remotely — long-distance transfers are standard service, not a special request. The fleet runs trips of this length and longer every week, on the same flat all-in pricing as a GTA pickup.
Do you cover Trenton and the base area?
Yes — all of Quinte West is in coverage, including addresses around 8 Wing. Every pickup is quoted by exact address at /ride/, so the fare reflects your actual door.
What happens if an overseas arrival lands three hours late?
Nothing you need to manage. The booking carries the flight number, the landing is tracked, and the pickup moves with it — the chauffeur is there for the real arrival, not the scheduled one.
Can a wedding group be collected at Pearson together?
Yes — the Sprinter Van carries up to eleven with luggage, and meet & greet ($65) puts the chauffeur inside the terminal with a sign so a group that's never been to Ontario finds the right vehicle first try.
