Trenton to Toronto Airport Limo & Car Service
Where the Trent meets the bay, postings begin and homecomings land — and the road to Pearson is a straight 401 west.
From Trenton and the rest of Quinte West, a sedan to Toronto Airport books at $469.23 all-in — the complete total with gratuity, HST and card fee, no airport fee in the outbound direction — with the SUV at $655.31. It's a 178.8 km run, typically about 1¾ to 2½ hours west on the 401. Few corridors move to a rhythm like this one: 8 Wing's posting seasons, deployments and homecomings put more airport kilometres on Trenton than its size would suggest. Exact totals for any address come from /ride/.
CFB Trenton: postings, deployments, homecomings
Canada's air mobility hub sits on this town's doorstep, and the base calendar drives the bookings. When posting season arrives each summer, families relocate across the country and overseas — one-way airport runs with a household's worth of suitcases, where a Premium SUV or Sprinter Van makes far more sense than two crammed cars.
Homecomings run the other way: meeting a member landing at Pearson after months away. Meet & greet ($65 flat) puts the chauffeur inside arrivals with a name sign, the flight is tracked so a delayed connection moves the pickup automatically, and child seats install free when the welcome party includes small passengers.
The 401 west from the Trent
The run barely needs a map: up to the 401 at Trenton's interchanges, then west past Brighton, along Northumberland's lakeshore, into Durham — Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax — and on to the airport approaches. The Trent-Severn's southern gate disappears in the mirror within minutes; the rest is highway.
Plan on 1¾ to 2½ hours. The low end is real at dawn and on weekend mornings; weekday rush through Durham and winter weather claim the top. None of it moves the fare, which was locked when you booked.

Timing a flight from Trenton
Work the math backwards from departure: 1¾–2½ hours of road plus the standard terminal cushion — two hours domestic, three international. A 10am overseas flight means a pickup around 4:30 to 5:00am, which the 24/7 schedule treats as completely normal.
Booking early helps most in the summer posting window, when several families can be moving in the same week — lock the car in when the flight is ticketed and the fare locks with it.
Landing at Pearson, driving home to the bay
Returns run on the flight number: we track the aircraft into Pearson and the chauffeur works to the actual landing, not the scheduled one — no waiting charges if the arrival slides, no circling the terminal. A text confirms where to meet; meet & greet upgrades that to a name sign inside the hall.
Coverage takes in all of Quinte West — Trenton proper, Frankford, Batawa — plus Brighton and Consecon next door. The fares on this page are measured to Trenton itself; /ride/ prices any other address to the cent.
How Quinte West books the car

Frequently asked questions
What's the fare from Trenton to Toronto Airport?
$469.23 all-in for a sedan and $655.31 for an SUV — complete totals, no airport fee on drop-offs. Coming back, Pearson pickups are $489.47 and $676.43 with the $15.27 fee included.
Can you handle an airport run for a military posting move?
Yes — posting-season moves are familiar work. The SUV, Premium SUV and Sprinter Van swallow a family's full luggage allowance, one-way trips are standard, and the total is fixed in advance so there's one clean number for the paperwork.
How long is Trenton to Pearson by car?
About 1¾ to 2½ hours for the 178.8 km. Dawn departures ride the low end; Durham's weekday rush and winter weather set the top.
Do you meet arriving family members inside the terminal?
Yes — meet & greet is a flat $65 on airport pickups: the chauffeur waits inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 arrivals with a name sign. With flight tracking, a late landing simply moves the pickup.
