Welland to Toronto Airport Limo & Car Service
Up the 406, around the lake, into the terminal — 128 km on one fixed number, whether it's a family holiday or a first semester in Canada.
Welland to Toronto Pearson is 128.22 km and a flat $336.51 all-in by sedan — the complete airport-bound price, with taxes, tip and card fee baked in and no terminal fee in this direction. Budget about 75–105 minutes: Highway 406 north out of the city, then the QEW's long arc around the west end of Lake Ontario to Highway 427. Book at /ride/ and the number you see is the number you pay, at 4 a.m. or 4 p.m. alike.
Up the 406, then the long lake road
Welland's airport problem is that no highway goes there directly — the 406 runs north past Thorold and hands you to the QEW at St. Catharines, and from there it's the full circuit: Garden City Skyway over the canal, the Grimsby straightaway, the Burlington Skyway, and the Toronto-bound slog through Oakville and Mississauga before the 427 exit for the terminals.
At dawn the whole thing takes an hour and a quarter. Weekday afternoons, the QEW west of Toronto adds the other half hour — that's the honest spread behind 75–105 minutes, and the flat fare means only your schedule cares which one you get.

Niagara College arrivals: the other direction
Every September and January, Pearson's arrivals halls fill with students bound for Niagara College's Welland campus, most of them landing after a day of connections with everything they own in two overweight bags. A pre-booked pickup takes the hardest part out of it: we hold the flight number, watch the actual landing, and for $65 the meet & greet option puts a chauffeur inside the hall with a name sign — worth it for a first arrival in Canada, or for parents booking from abroad who want proof the last leg is handled.
The same booking works in reverse at term's end, and a residence-room's worth of luggage is exactly what the SUV's six-bag hold is for.
Groups, families and the seat arithmetic
Distance makes sharing pay on this run. Two sedans from Welland cost $673.02; one SUV carries the same six people for $469.96. Fill the Sprinter Van's twelve seats and the trip works out to about $85 a seat — with the whole group, and every suitcase, travelling together instead of scattered across three cars hoping to reconverge at check-in.
Reserving the Welland run
The instant quote at /ride/ needs three hours' lead to book online; closer than that, (416) 200-5070 answers around the clock. Flights shift, so every booking includes a self-serve link to edit details up to 12 hours before pickup — handy from another time zone. Pay by card at booking or cash to the chauffeur on the day; child seats are installed free on request. The full vehicle line-up is at /fleet/, and our St. Catharines to Toronto Airport page covers the neighbouring corridor.

Frequently asked questions
How much time should Welland travellers allow to reach Pearson?
The drive itself runs about 75–105 minutes depending on the QEW. Add two hours of terminal time for domestic flights and three for international, and a 10 a.m. international departure means leaving Welland by about 5:30 a.m.
What is the cheapest way to move a group from Welland to the airport?
Per person, the big vehicles win: the SUV takes six for $469.96 — versus $673.02 for two sedans — and a full Sprinter Van works out to roughly $85 a seat at $1,019.73 total.
How does an airport pickup work for a student arriving from overseas?
The booking carries the flight number, we track the landing into Terminal 1 or 3, and the chauffeur is timed to it — delays included. Add meet & greet for $65 and they're met inside arrivals with a name sign and walked to the car.
Do you do middle-of-the-night pickups in Welland?
Yes — the service runs 24/7, and early-morning departures are the corridor's quietest, fastest runs. Book online three or more hours ahead, or call and it's arranged by phone.
