Stratford Airport Limo Service
Chauffeured Pearson transfers for Canada's theatre town — inn-door pickups, flight-tracked arrivals, and flat fares that don't change with the season.
No town in Ontario punches further above its weight for international arrivals than Stratford. From spring through fall, the Stratford Festival draws theatre-goers from across North America and beyond, nearly all of them landing at Toronto Pearson with a country drive still ahead. Add the University of Waterloo's Stratford campus and a healthy year-round business community, and the case for a proper chauffeured transfer — flat price, tracked flight, car at the inn door — makes itself.
Festival visitors, met properly
The classic Stratford trip starts in another country: a flight into Pearson, then the question of how to cover the last stretch to a town with no airport of its own. Our version answers it before takeoff — a booked chauffeur, an all-in fare confirmed in writing, and meet & greet available for $65 so your name is on a sign inside Terminal 1 or 3 arrivals.
Because every pickup carries your flight number, a late clearance through customs costs you nothing but time; the car simply adjusts. For visitors planning a show weekend, many pair the arrival transfer with a return booking in the same sitting.
Inns, B&Bs and rehearsal-hall addresses
Stratford lodging is famously personal — inns and bed-and-breakfasts on residential streets rather than hotel towers with taxi ranks. We confirm the exact property in advance, the chauffeur pulls up at its door, and departure mornings begin with coffee instead of logistics.
For a stay that involves moving around — dinner across town, a matinee, a second night elsewhere — hourly as-directed service keeps a car and chauffeur at your disposal. To be clear about what we are: a chauffeur service, not a tour operator. The itinerary is entirely yours.
The UW campus and the town that works year-round
The University of Waterloo's Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business gives the town a steady academic pulse well outside festival season — visiting speakers, student co-op moves, faculty flying to conferences. Winter Stratford travels too, and so do we: the service is 24/7 in January exactly as it is in July.
No local runway, so here's the honest map
Stratford has no airport, and its neighbours offer partial answers at best: Region of Waterloo's field to the east and London's to the southwest each run short route lists that occasionally fit. For the overwhelming majority of itineraries — and effectively all international ones — the journey begins at Toronto Pearson, which is the transfer we've built this service around.
Perth County rides with us too. St. Marys, Shakespeare, New Hamburg and Mitchell are all regular pickup points, priced exactly by address at /ride/.
The right vehicle for a theatre trip
Couples on an anniversary weekend tend toward the premium sedan; two households travelling to a show together fit an SUV; and a full theatre party of up to eleven — with garment bags hanging properly — takes the Sprinter Van. Browse the lineup at /fleet/ before you book.
Fares and booking from Stratford
A sedan from Stratford to Pearson runs from $337.48 with gratuity, HST and card fees already in the number. Our Stratford to Toronto Airport route page publishes the complete two-direction vehicle table; /ride/ gives you the exact figure for your address in seconds.
Online bookings need three hours' lead — closer than that, call (416) 200-5070 or 1-877-200-5070 any hour. Expect an SMS confirmation, a reminder roughly four hours ahead, and an emailed link for changes up to 12 hours before pickup. Card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included) or cash to the chauffeur both work.

White-glove chauffeured service — flat fares, flight tracking, and a driver who meets you at the door.

Frequently asked questions
Can you get us back to Pearson after an evening performance?
Yes — the service runs all night, so a post-curtain departure is entirely bookable. Reserve online at least three hours ahead of the pickup time, or call and we'll arrange it by phone.
Do you collect from B&Bs outside the town centre?
Every property, however tucked away — we confirm the exact address before the day and the chauffeur arrives at that door. Rural Perth County lanes included.
Isn't there a train from Stratford to Toronto?
VIA does stop in Stratford on a thin daily schedule, and for a flexible mid-day traveller it can work. It won't leave at 5 a.m., and it ends downtown rather than at Pearson — the chauffeured transfer exists for everyone whose flight doesn't fit the timetable.
Can one vehicle move a party of eight with luggage?
The Sprinter Van does exactly that — up to eleven passengers with proper luggage room, one flat quote for the vehicle rather than eight separate fares. See /fleet/ for capacities.
Do you serve St. Marys and Mitchell?
Yes, along with Shakespeare, New Hamburg and the rest of Perth County's towns and townships. Enter the address at /ride/ for an exact all-in quote.
