Pearson Airport to Vaughan Limo
Woodbridge, Maple, Concord or Kleinburg — 22.8 km on the minimum sedan fare, flat from $132.91 all-in and timed to your landing.
A pre-booked limo from Pearson Airport to Vaughan is a flat $132.91 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $194.01. The 22.8 km run typically takes 25–40 minutes, whether your chauffeur takes Highway 400 up the middle or the Highway 427 extension straight into Woodbridge, and the total never moves once it is quoted. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your landing — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.
The minimum fare covers every corner of Vaughan
At 22.8 km, Vaughan sits comfortably inside our per-vehicle minimum fares, so the sedan quotes from $132.91 whether you stop at Concord, ten minutes off the highway, or carry on to Kleinburg at the city's rural edge. Minimum fares are why several GTA routes share the same from-price; on this run it means the far side of Vaughan costs the same as the near side.
Every figure is all-in: base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee. Heading the other way, Vaughan-to-Pearson drop-offs carry no airport fee and quote a little lower. The instant quote prices your exact address and vehicle to the cent.

Highway 400 up the middle — or the 427 extension
The classic line is Highway 409 out of the terminals, one interchange east on the 401, then Highway 400 north with exits at Highway 7, Rutherford Road and Major Mackenzie Drive serving Concord, Maple and the Canada's Wonderland corridor. Outside the rush hours it is simple and quick.
Since the Highway 427 extension opened north to Major Mackenzie Drive, though, Woodbridge and Kleinburg have a better road: the 427 starts at the airport's doorstep and runs straight up Vaughan's west side with no 401 involved at all. For Thornhill and the east end of Concord, Highway 407 across the top is the rush-hour card — and when it is used, the toll is already inside your flat quote, never billed afterwards. Your chauffeur chooses from live traffic on the day; tell us at booking if you have a preference.
Woodbridge to Kleinburg — where we deliver
Vaughan is really five communities wearing one city hall, and the last few kilometres differ for each. Door-to-door service covers all of them:
- Woodbridge and the Market Lane village core
- Maple and the Wonderland corridor off Major Mackenzie
- Concord and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre towers
- Thornhill west of Yonge Street
- Kleinburg village and the McMichael gallery area
- Vaughan Mills and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital
Business arrivals at the VMC
The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre has grown into a genuine office district at the top of the subway line, and it draws a steady share of US-inbound business travellers through Pearson. The route suits them: a flat all-in quote agreed before wheels-up, email receipts for the expense report, and bookings placed online or by phone — an assistant can arrange the whole thing on the traveller's behalf.
Meet & greet (+$65) puts the chauffeur inside the arrivals hall with a name sign — the right welcome for a visiting client. And when the pickup rolls into a day of meetings, our hourly & as-directed hire keeps the same car and chauffeur on call between stops.
The pickup at Pearson
We collect a flight number with every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — a delay out of Chicago or a tailwind over the Rockies simply moves the pickup with it, and there is nothing for you to rearrange.
Against the taxi rank, the difference is certainty: a pre-assigned late-model car from our fleet (see /fleet/), a total fixed at booking, and no queue with your luggage after a long flight.
Booking and payment
Book at /ride/ three or more hours ahead; inside that window, call (416) 200-5070 or toll-free 1-877-200-5070 and it is arranged by phone. An SMS confirmation arrives when you book, a reminder lands about four hours before pickup, and the emailed self-serve link lets you edit the trip up to 12 hours ahead.
Pay by card — saved securely at booking, charged only once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur on the day. Child seats are free and installed. Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to Vaughan?
From $132.91 all-in for a sedan and $194.01 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. The instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact total for your Vaughan address.
How long does Pearson to Vaughan take?
Typically 25–40 minutes for the 22.8 km run. Highway 400 serves Concord and Maple; the 427 extension runs straight into Woodbridge and Kleinburg; and in the weekday rushes the 407 covers Thornhill and the east side.
Do you pick up in Kleinburg and rural Vaughan?
Yes — Kleinburg village and the country roads around it are inside the same minimum fare as the rest of Vaughan. The quote at /ride/ prices your exact address, and the chauffeur delivers to the door.
Is the 407 or 427 toll extra?
No. The fare is flat, and any toll on the routing your chauffeur uses is already inside the quote — it never appears as a separate charge afterwards. You can also request toll-free routing at booking; the price holds either way.
What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
We track the flight number you give at booking, so the pickup follows the actual landing — early or late — with no extra charges and nothing for you to rearrange.
Is Vaughan to Pearson cheaper than the pickup?
Slightly — airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so departures from Vaughan to Pearson quote a little lower. Both directions are flat, all-in totals fixed at booking.
