Oshawa sits well past the reach of our minimum fares, so the quote prices the 67.9 km honestly — and then it is fixed. $198.53 all-in for the sedan and $270.11 for the SUV include base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee. An hour and a half of 401 traffic adds nothing; there is no meter running.

The 401 — or the 407 and the toll-free 412 and 418

The direct line is Highway 409 onto the 401 east, then the full width of Toronto and out past Pickering, Ajax and Whitby to the Oshawa exits — Stevenson Road, Simcoe Street, Ritson and Harmony. When the 401 is moving, it is the honest fastest road, and off-peak the trip runs near the bottom of the 55–85 minute range.

When it is not moving, the escape is over the top: Highway 407 east across York and Durham, then down Highway 412 at Whitby or Highway 418 east of Oshawa — both toll-free since 2022, which quietly made this bypass much better value. Any 407 toll on the routing is inside your flat quote, never billed afterwards. The chauffeur reads live traffic and picks; the price holds either way.

Downtown to Windfields

Oshawa stretches from the harbour to the moraine, and the last leg differs by neighbourhood — door-to-door service covers all of it:

Meet & greet (+$65) puts the chauffeur inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, which takes the guesswork out of a first landing in Canada.

The pickup at Pearson

We take the flight number at booking and track the aircraft, so the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — with no waiting charges when a flight runs late. On a run this long, that timing matters twice: your car is not sitting on a meter, and you are not paying for its patience.

Pay by card — saved securely at booking, charged only once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur on the day. Child seats are free and installed.
