Pearson Airport to Mississauga Taxi & Limo

The shortest airport run we do — Pearson sits inside Mississauga, and our own office is five minutes from the terminals. Flat from $132.91 all-in, tracked to your landing.

Looking for a taxi from Pearson Airport to Mississauga? Our pre-booked chauffeured alternative is a flat $132.91 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $194.01. At 16.6 km this is the shortest run we do: Pearson physically sits inside Mississauga, in Malton, so most addresses are 15–30 minutes from the terminal. Instead of joining the taxi queue, your car is booked before you fly, your flight is tracked, and the total is fixed — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact number.

Why a 16.6 km trip prices like a longer one

$132.91 is our sedan minimum fare, and on a trip this short the minimum does the pricing, not the kilometres. Every vehicle carries a per-vehicle minimum — it's why Mississauga shares its from-price with noticeably longer runs like Markham or Oakville. We'd rather explain that plainly than dress it up: a chauffeured car is a premium way to cover sixteen kilometres.

What the flat total buys is everything around the ride: a pre-assigned late-model car, a chauffeur timed to your actual landing, luggage help, and a price settled before you boarded. The total includes base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee — and heading back, Mississauga-to-Pearson drop-offs skip the airport fee and quote slightly lower.

15 to 30 minutes, depending on your corner of the city

Malton is right beside the airport — some pickups there are under ten minutes. City Centre, Square One and Cooksville run about 15–20 minutes via Highway 401 west and Hurontario, or along Eglinton Avenue when the highway backs up. Streetsville, Meadowvale and Erin Mills come off the 401 at Mavis Road or Erin Mills Parkway.

The lakeshore takes the other highway entirely: for Port Credit, Lorne Park and Clarkson your chauffeur runs Highway 427 south to the QEW westbound — about 25–30 minutes, longer in the afternoon rush when the QEW slows through the city. This is our home network; our office is at 6760 Davand Drive, five minutes from the terminals, and our chauffeurs drive these streets daily.

Every neighbourhood, both terminals

Wherever you're headed in Mississauga, the pickup works the same way: we collect your flight number, track the landing at Terminal 1 or 3, and your chauffeur times the arrival to the aircraft, not the schedule.

Pre-booked beats the taxi rank

The airport taxi line moves, but it's still a line — and after a red-eye with a family and a luggage cart, it's a long one. A pre-booked car removes every unknown: the vehicle is assigned before you land, the fare is fixed regardless of traffic, and if the flight is early or delayed the pickup simply moves with it.

Add meet & greet (+$65) and your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign — a favourite for grandparents flying in and first-time visitors. If you're deciding between the sedan and the SUV, the fleet page at /fleet/ shows what each carries.

Booking a Mississauga pickup

Book online at /ride/ with at least three hours' notice; inside that window, call (416) 200-5070 or toll-free 1-877-200-5070 and we'll arrange it by phone — being based five minutes from Pearson helps with short-notice Mississauga requests. You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately and a reminder about four hours before pickup.

Pay by card — saved at booking, charged only once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur on the day. The emailed self-serve link lets you edit the booking up to 12 hours before pickup. We've served Mississauga this way for more than 15 years; the full local story is on our Mississauga airport limo service page.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much is a taxi from Pearson Airport to Mississauga?

Our pre-booked chauffeured car is a flat $132.91 all-in for a sedan and $194.01 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. The total is fixed at booking; the instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact figure for your address.

  • Why does a short Mississauga trip cost the same as longer runs?

Short trips are governed by per-vehicle minimum fares. $132.91 is the sedan minimum, so at 16.6 km the minimum sets the price rather than the distance — which is why Mississauga shares its from-price with runs like Markham and Oakville.

  • How long is the drive from Pearson to Square One?

About 15–20 minutes via Highway 401 and Hurontario in normal traffic. Malton pickups can be under ten minutes; lakeshore neighbourhoods like Port Credit and Clarkson run 25–30 minutes, longer in the afternoon rush.

  • Do you pick up at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?

Yes. We collect your flight number at booking and track the landing at either terminal, so the chauffeur is timed to when you actually arrive. Meet & greet (+$65) adds a name sign inside the arrivals hall.

  • Can I get a car on short notice in Mississauga?

Online bookings need at least three hours' lead time. Inside that window, call (416) 200-5070 — our office is five minutes from Pearson, which helps with short-notice local requests.

  • Is Mississauga to Pearson cheaper than the airport pickup?

Slightly. Airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so the trip to Pearson for a departure quotes a little lower than the pickup. Both are flat all-in totals fixed at booking.
