Westbound 401 — often the easy direction

The line is simple: Highway 409 out of the terminals onto the 401 west, past Mississauga's Meadowvale and Lisgar flanks, then off at James Snow Parkway or Highway 25 depending on which side of Milton you call home. Arriving flights often put this run against the grain — westbound while the commuter weight presses east — which is why the drive time holds a tidy 30–45 minutes more often than not.

When the 401 west does jam, Highway 407 crosses Highway 25 just north of town and gives the chauffeur a clean way around; any toll on that routing is inside the flat quote, never billed afterwards.
