Pearson Airport to Guelph Limo
West on the 401 past Milton, then up the Hanlon into the Royal City — a flat fare from $211.15 all-in, timed to your landing.
A pre-booked limo from Pearson Airport to Guelph is a flat $211.15 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $287.74. The 72.7 km run heads the opposite way from most of our board: Highway 401 west past Milton, off at Highway 6 and up the Hanlon Expressway into Guelph, typically 50–75 minutes. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your landing — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.
A long-distance fare with nothing left out
At 72.7 km Guelph is one of the longer runs we drive, and the fare reflects it honestly: $211.15 all-in for the sedan and $287.74 for the SUV, with base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee all inside the number. It locks at booking — a slow 401 through Milton adds nothing, because there is no meter.
Guelph-to-Pearson drop-offs carry no airport fee and quote a little lower — worth booking with the pickup so both directions are settled before you fly. The instant quote compares every vehicle for your exact address.
- Sedan — from $211.15 all-in, up to 3 passengers
- SUV — from $287.74 all-in, up to 6 passengers
- Premium SUV — from $378.29 all-in for executive arrivals
- Sprinter Van — from $599.63 all-in for groups and move-in loads
The 401 west and the Hanlon
The run is simple and mostly fast: out of the terminals onto Highway 401 westbound, through Mississauga and past Milton with the escarpment rising on the right, then off at Highway 6 and up the Hanlon Expressway — Guelph's own expressway — to whichever crossing street serves your address.
The 401 west is the variable: smooth at six in the morning, heavy through Mississauga and Milton in both rushes, and slower again in lake-effect snow. That is the honest reading of the 50–75 minute range. When the 401 is blocked outright, the old Highway 7 through Acton and Rockwood is the fallback — slower on paper, sometimes faster in fact. The flat fare doesn't change either way.
The university, downtown and the south end
Guelph spreads out from the Speed River in every direction, and door-to-door service covers all of it:
- The University of Guelph campus off Gordon Street
- Downtown Guelph, the Basilica hill and Guelph Central GO
- The south end along Gordon and Clair, and Stone Road Mall
- Kortright Hills and the Hanlon's west side
- Exhibition Park and the older north end
- Guelph General Hospital
September, conferences and the factory floor
Guelph's calendar shows up in our bookings. Late August and Labour Day weekend bring the university's move-in: students landing at Pearson with a year's worth of luggage, parents in tow, and an SUV or Sprinter Van suddenly making more sense than two separate cars. International students arriving on long-haul flights get the same treatment — a tracked flight and a chauffeur who is there whenever the aircraft actually lands.
The rest of the year it is business. Guelph's manufacturing and agri-food employers host overseas visitors constantly, and a pre-booked pickup with meet & greet (+$65) — chauffeur inside arrivals with a name sign — is the professional way to receive them, with an email receipt for the expense file. For the full picture including departures, see our Guelph airport limo service page; Cambridge and Waterloo have pages of their own.
The pickup at Pearson
We collect the flight number on every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so the chauffeur is timed to your actual landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — early or late, the pickup moves with the flight and there are no waiting charges.
Against arranging something at the curb after customs, the difference is certainty: a pre-assigned late-model car from our fleet (see /fleet/), a total locked before you flew, and a chauffeur who has made the 401-versus-Highway-7 call in every season.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to Guelph?
From $211.15 all-in for a sedan and $287.74 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. The instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact total for your Guelph address.
How long does Pearson to Guelph take?
Typically 50–75 minutes for the 72.7 km run — Highway 401 west past Milton, then up the Hanlon Expressway. Early mornings sit near 50; the rushes and winter weather push toward the top.
Can you handle a student move-in with extra luggage?
Yes — an SUV from $287.74 or a Sprinter Van from $599.63 puts everyone and everything in one vehicle. The instant quote at /ride/ shows each option's total side by side.
Is the fare fixed if the 401 crawls through Milton?
Yes. The all-in total locks at booking — there is no meter, so congestion, weather or a detour down Highway 7 adds nothing to the price.
What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
We track the flight number you give at booking, so the pickup follows the actual landing — early or late — with no extra charges and nothing for you to rearrange.
Is Guelph to Pearson cheaper than the pickup?
Slightly — airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so departures to Pearson quote a little lower. Book both directions together and each is a flat, all-in total fixed in advance.
