Pearson Airport to Downtown Toronto Limo
A chauffeur waiting when you land, a flat all-in fare locked before you fly, and the Gardiner handled by someone who drives it every day. From $134.81 all-in.
A pre-booked limo from Toronto Pearson to downtown Toronto starts at $134.81 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee are already inside that number. The trip runs about 44 km as we route it, down Highway 427 and along the Gardiner Expressway, and takes 35–65 minutes depending on traffic. We collect your flight number at booking and track the landing, so your chauffeur is timed to when you actually touch down, not when you were scheduled to. No taxi-rank queue, no meter, no surge — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total before you book.
The fare, and everything already inside it
Every quote we give for this route is a flat, all-in total: base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee that applies to every airport pickup, and the card fee. There is nothing to add at the curb and nothing recalculated after the ride — the number you see at booking is the number on your receipt.
Going the other way is slightly cheaper: airport drop-offs from downtown to Pearson carry no airport fee, so the same route in reverse quotes a little lower. The figures below are current sedan-first starting points, not guarantees — your exact total depends on your address and vehicle, and the instant quote shows it to the cent.
- Sedan — from $134.81 all-in, up to 3 passengers with luggage
- SUV — from $194.01 all-in, up to 6 passengers
- Premium SUV (Cadillac Escalade) — from $296.36 all-in
- Sprinter Van — from $512.13 all-in, up to 11 for groups and crews
- Stretch limousine available on request for special occasions
The route: down the 427, along the Gardiner
From either terminal the run starts on Highway 427 south, picks up the QEW at the lakeshore and becomes the Gardiner Expressway heading east past Humber Bay — the classic approach where the skyline builds ahead of you. For the Financial District, Union Station and the hotels around Front Street, your chauffeur exits at Spadina or the York–Bay–Yonge ramp. For St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery District or the east side of the core, coming across the 401 and down the Don Valley Parkway is often the smarter line.
Traffic honesty: the eastbound Gardiner crawls on weekday mornings between about 7:00 and 9:30, and event nights at Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Arena slow everything around Bremner Boulevard and Lake Shore. Off-peak, the drive can be done in around 35 minutes; in the worst of rush hour, budget closer to an hour. Our chauffeurs drive this corridor every day and will drop to Lake Shore Boulevard or work the city grid when the expressway isn't moving — the flat fare doesn't change either way.
Where in downtown Toronto we take you
Downtown is not one address, and the last kilometre matters as much as the highway. We deliver to the door — hotel forecourt, condo ramp or office tower — anywhere in the core.
- Union Station, the Financial District and the hotels along Front and Bay
- The Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the Entertainment District
- CityPlace, the Harbourfront and the waterfront condo towers
- Hospital row on University Avenue
- Yorkville and the Bloor–Bay hotel cluster
- King West, Liberty Village and the western edge of the core
Landing at Pearson: how your pickup works
We take your flight number on every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so the pickup time follows the actual landing — early, late or on schedule. Terminals 1 and 3 are both covered, and no phone call is needed if your arrival shifts.
Add meet & greet (+$65) and your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with your bags and walks you to the car — worth it after a long-haul flight or for guests visiting Toronto for the first time. Either way you skip the taxi rank entirely: no queue at the curb, no guessing at the fare, and a late-model vehicle already assigned to you.
Business travel between Pearson and the core
A large share of this route is corporate: US-inbound executives landing at Pearson for meetings on Bay Street, teams arriving for conferences at the convention centre, visitors heading to King West offices. A pre-booked flat quote makes the trip expensable to the cent, receipts arrive by email, and bookings can be placed online or by phone — easily handled by an assistant on the traveller's behalf.
If the day involves several stops — hotel, two offices, dinner, back to Pearson — our hourly & as-directed hire keeps the same chauffeur and car with you for the whole block. Browse the vehicles at /fleet/ to match the car to the party.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to downtown Toronto?
From $134.81 all-in for a sedan, $194.01 for an SUV, $296.36 for a Premium SUV and $512.13 for a Sprinter Van. Those totals already include gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee — the instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact figure for your address.
How long does the drive from Pearson to downtown take?
Typically 35–65 minutes for the roughly 44 km route via Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway. Off-peak it can run about 35 minutes; weekday rush hour and event nights downtown push it toward an hour. The flat fare doesn't change with traffic.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
We track your flight and time the pickup to your actual landing at Terminal 1 or 3. Add meet & greet (+$65) and your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, helps with luggage and walks you to the car.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. Your flight number is collected at booking and the arrival is tracked, so the pickup follows the actual landing time — early or late — without extra charges or phone calls.
Is the trip from downtown back to Pearson the same price?
Slightly less. Airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so downtown-to-Pearson quotes come in a little under the pickup fare. Both directions are flat, all-in totals fixed at booking.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Pay your chauffeur in cash on the day, or by card saved securely at booking and charged only once the ride is confirmed. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
