Pearson Airport to Brampton Taxi

No meter, no queue — a flat fare from $132.91 all-in up Highway 410 or Airport Road, with the chauffeur timed to your landing.

A pre-booked taxi alternative from Pearson Airport to Brampton is a flat $132.91 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $194.01. There is no meter and no surge: the 23.4 km trip typically takes 25–40 minutes up Highway 410 or straight up Airport Road, and the total is settled before you land. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your arrival — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.

A flat fare where a meter would climb

Brampton sits within our per-vehicle minimum fares, so the sedan quotes from $132.91 whether you are getting off at Steeles or carrying on to Sandalwood — the minimum stretches over the whole city. A metered cab climbs with every red light on Queen Street; a pre-booked flat fare does not move once it is quoted, however the 410 behaves.

The total is genuinely all-in: base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee, with nothing added on the day. Going the other way, Brampton-to-Pearson drop-offs skip the airport fee and quote a little lower. The instant quote prices your exact address and vehicle to the cent.

  • Sedan — from $132.91 all-in, up to 3 passengers
  • SUV — from $194.01 all-in, up to 6 passengers with luggage
  • Sprinter Van — from $512.13 all-in for big family arrivals
  • No meter, no surge — the total is locked at booking

Highway 410 — or straight up Airport Road

The highway line runs Highway 409 out of the terminals, one short hop west on the 401, then Highway 410 north with exits at Steeles, Queen Street, Williams Parkway, Bovaird and Sandalwood — the spine that serves most of central and west Brampton, Brampton Civic Hospital included.

The other road is hiding in plain sight: Airport Road starts at Pearson's doorstep and runs due north into Brampton's east side, often the shorter line for Castlemore, the Gore corridor and the older streets toward downtown. In the weekday rushes there is also the 407-to-410 combination, and any toll on it is inside the flat quote, never billed after. Your chauffeur picks from live traffic; if you have a preference, say so at booking.

Four Corners to Mount Pleasant

Brampton is a big, spread-out city and the final leg differs by neighbourhood — door-to-door service covers all of it:

  • Downtown at the Four Corners, Garden Square and the Rose Theatre
  • Bramalea and Bramalea City Centre
  • Springdale and Trinity Common
  • Castlemore and The Gore
  • Mount Pleasant village and the GO station
  • Heart Lake and Snelgrove
  • Brampton Civic Hospital off Bovaird

Built for long-haul family arrivals

A large share of our Brampton pickups meet long-haul international flights, and the details are arranged for exactly that. Meet & greet (+$65) puts the chauffeur inside the arrivals hall with a name sign — worth it for parents or grandparents making the trip for the first time, or anyone landing after a 14-hour flight. Child seats are free, forward- or rear-facing, and installed before we arrive.

Luggage is the other half of the story. The SUV takes six passengers with bags; the Sprinter Van swallows a whole family's cases with room to spare. We collect the flight number on every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so a late arrival out of Delhi, Lagos or Manila moves the pickup automatically — the car is there when you actually walk out.

The pickup, versus the taxi line

After customs at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, there is no queue and no negotiation: your car is pre-assigned, the chauffeur is tracking the flight, and the total was fixed when you booked. Compare that with joining the taxi line with a loaded luggage cart and taking whatever is next in the rank.

The cars are late-model sedans and SUVs from our own fleet — see /fleet/ — driven by professional chauffeurs who run this corridor every day.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much is a taxi from Pearson Airport to Brampton?

Our pre-booked flat fare runs from $132.91 all-in for a sedan and $194.01 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included, no meter. The instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact total for your address.

  • How long does Pearson to Brampton take?

Typically 25–40 minutes for the 23.4 km trip. Highway 410 serves central and west Brampton; Airport Road is often the shorter line into the east side and toward downtown.

  • Is a flat fare better than the airport taxi queue?

The difference is certainty: the total is fixed at booking rather than decided by a meter in traffic, the car is pre-assigned, and the chauffeur tracks your flight. You know the price before you fly, not after you arrive.

  • Can you meet my parents inside arrivals with a name sign?

Yes — meet & greet is +$65 on any airport pickup. The chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall at Terminal 1 or 3 with a name sign and helps with the luggage cart from there.

  • Do you have child seats?

Yes, free — forward- or rear-facing, installed before we arrive. Just add the request when you book online or mention it by phone.

  • Is Brampton to Pearson cheaper than the pickup?

Slightly — airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so rides from Brampton to Pearson quote a little lower. Both directions are flat, all-in totals fixed at booking.
