Pearson Airport to Bolton Limo
Straight up the Highway 50 corridor into the Humber valley — a flat $132.91 all-in on one of the shortest runs we drive.
A pre-booked limo from Pearson Airport to Bolton is a flat $132.91 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $194.01. At 27 km this is minimum-fare territory, and the run typically takes 25–40 minutes: up the Highway 50 corridor, or Highway 427's new extension to Major Mackenzie Drive and across. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your landing — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.
An honest word about the minimum fare
$132.91 is our sedan minimum, and at 27 km Bolton sits inside its reach — the minimum does the pricing, exactly as it does across much of the central GTA. What the number buys is the service rather than the kilometres: a pre-booked chauffeur, a tracked flight, a late-model car assigned before you land, and a total with gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee already inside.
Bolton-to-Pearson drop-offs carry no airport fee and quote lower — worth knowing for early departures out of a town with no train of its own. The instant quote at /ride/ compares every vehicle.
- Sedan — from $132.91 all-in, up to 3 passengers
- SUV — from $194.01 all-in, up to 6 passengers
- Premium SUV — from $296.36 all-in for executive arrivals
- Sprinter Van — from $512.13 all-in for groups
The Highway 50 corridor — and the 427's new top end
Bolton's road to Pearson is the Highway 50 corridor: north through the Castlemore and Coleraine employment belt — the distribution centres that line the Peel–York boundary — and into town, where Highway 50 becomes Queen Street. Since Highway 427 was extended to Major Mackenzie Drive, there is a faster option for much of the day: 427 north from the terminals to its new top end, west to Highway 50, and north into Bolton.
Either way this is one of the shortest airport runs on our board — 25 minutes off-peak, up to 40 when Highway 50's truck traffic and the school-run hours stack up. There is no meter either way; the fare was fixed at booking.
The valley, the two hills and the countryside
Bolton is a valley town — the Humber River runs right through the old core — and the last kilometre depends on which side of it you live. Door-to-door service covers all of it:
- The historic downtown along Queen Street, down in the Humber valley
- The North Hill and South Hill neighbourhoods above it
- The newer subdivisions off Columbia Way and Ellwood Drive
- The Coleraine Drive and Highway 50 employment corridor
- Palgrave and Caledon East, a short run further into Caledon
A town without a train
Bolton has no GO train — the commuter-rail extension has been studied for years and never built — so getting to a flight has always meant driving, parking and shuttling, or asking a favour. A pre-booked pickup replaces all of that with a fixed total and a chauffeur watching your flight, and there is no long-term parking bill waiting at the end of the trip.
For the wider township — Palgrave, Caledon East and the countryside up Airport Road — see our Caledon airport limo service page; across the boundary to the south, the same service runs on our Pearson Airport to Brampton page.
The pickup at Pearson
Bolton is close enough that timing is everything. We collect the flight number on every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so the chauffeur rolls toward Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 against your actual landing, not the schedule — a delay or an early arrival moves the pickup automatically, with no waiting charges.
Meet & greet (+$65) puts the chauffeur inside arrivals with a name sign, and the car itself is a pre-assigned late-model sedan or SUV from our fleet (see /fleet/) — a locked total, no curb-side arranging, no surge arithmetic.
Booking and payment

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to Bolton?
From $132.91 all-in for a sedan and $194.01 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. Those are minimum fares; the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.
Why is Bolton the same price as suburbs much closer to Pearson?
Per-vehicle minimum fares govern every trip under their reach, and at 27 km Bolton sits inside the sedan minimum's range. You are paying for the pre-booked chauffeur, the tracked flight and the guaranteed car — not the kilometres.
How long does Pearson to Bolton take?
Typically 25–40 minutes for the 27 km run — up the Highway 50 corridor, or Highway 427's extension to Major Mackenzie Drive and across. Truck traffic on Highway 50 sets the top of the range.
Do you serve Palgrave and Caledon East?
Yes — both are a short run past Bolton and quoted to your exact address, priced on real distance. Our Caledon airport limo service page covers the wider township.
What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
We track the flight number you give at booking, so the pickup follows the actual landing — early or late — with no extra charges and nothing for you to rearrange.
Is Bolton to Pearson cheaper than the pickup?
Slightly — airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so departures to Pearson quote a little lower. Book both directions together and each is a flat, all-in total fixed in advance.
