Pearson Airport to Aurora Limo

Up the 404 off the 407 — or the 400 when it isn't — to Yonge Street's heritage blocks and the Wellington corridor, from $148.91 all-in.

A pre-booked limo from Pearson Airport to Aurora is a flat $148.91 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $200.82. The 49 km run typically takes 40–60 minutes: Highway 427 north, Highway 407 east across the top, then Highway 404 north and west into town along Wellington Street. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your landing — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.

Just past the minimum, priced honestly

Aurora sits a step beyond our $132.91 sedan minimum, so the quote reflects the 49 km honestly — $148.91 all-in — and then it is locked. Base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee are all inside the number; a slow Friday on the 404 adds nothing, because there is no meter.

Aurora-to-Pearson drop-offs carry no airport fee and quote a little lower — useful for early departures. The instant quote compares every vehicle side by side for your exact street.

  • Sedan — from $148.91 all-in, up to 3 passengers
  • SUV — from $200.82 all-in, up to 6 passengers
  • Premium SUV — from $296.36 all-in for executive arrivals
  • Sprinter Van — from $512.13 all-in for groups

The 407–404 dogleg — or the 400

The quick way is a dogleg: Highway 427 north from the terminals, Highway 407 east across Vaughan — any toll rides inside the flat quote — then Highway 404 north past Richmond Hill to Bloomington Road at Aurora's southern boundary, or one exit further at Aurora Road, and west along Wellington Street into town.

When the 404 stacks up — northbound on a Friday, or after an incident — Highway 400 north and King Road east through King City is the fallback, arriving from Aurora's west side up Yonge Street. Your chauffeur chooses from live conditions; 40 minutes is the off-peak norm, and the top of the 40–60 minute range covers the rush.

Yonge Street heritage to the Bayview new builds

Aurora spreads east and west from its Yonge Street spine, and door-to-door service covers all of it:

  • The heritage downtown along Yonge Street and Town Park
  • Aurora Heights and Aurora Highlands on the west side
  • The Bayview corridor's newer neighbourhoods to the east
  • The corporate head offices along Wellington Street East
  • St. Andrew's College and Aurora GO

Executives, commuters and everyone in between

Wellington Street East is a head-office address, and a steady share of this run is corporate: US-inbound executives landing at Pearson for meetings in Aurora, met inside arrivals with a name sign (meet & greet, +$65), driven up in a Premium SUV, with an email receipt for the expense file. If the day continues — Aurora, then Newmarket, then a dinner back downtown — our hourly & as-directed hire keeps the chauffeur with you between stops.

The rest is Aurora itself: GO-line commuters who fly for work, families heading out on March Break, students home for the holidays. For the full home-base picture see our Aurora airport limo service page; the next town up the line has its own at Pearson Airport to Newmarket.

The pickup at Pearson

We collect the flight number on every airport pickup and track the aircraft, so the chauffeur is timed to your actual landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — early or late, the pickup moves with the flight and there are no waiting charges.

Against arranging something at the curb, the difference is certainty: a pre-assigned late-model car from our fleet (see /fleet/), a locked total, and a chauffeur who has made the 404-versus-400 call a thousand times.

Booking and payment

Book at /ride/ three or more hours ahead; closer than that, call (416) 200-5070 or toll-free 1-877-200-5070 and we arrange it by phone. SMS confirmation at booking, an SMS reminder about four hours before pickup, and the emailed self-serve link lets you edit the trip up to 12 hours ahead.

Pay by card — saved securely at booking, charged only once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur on the day. Child seats are free and installed. Over 15 years driving York Region to and from Pearson.

Frequently asked questions

  • How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to Aurora?

From $148.91 all-in for a sedan and $200.82 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. The instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact total for your Aurora address.

  • How long does Pearson to Aurora take?

Typically 40–60 minutes for the 49 km run via the 427, 407 and 404. Off-peak sits near 40; the Friday-afternoon 404 pushes toward the top, when the 400-and-King-Road routing sometimes wins.

  • Is the 407 toll extra?

No. The toll for the 407 leg across the top is already inside the flat quote — never a separate charge afterwards.

  • Why is Aurora cheaper than Newmarket?

Distance. Both towns price past our $132.91 minimum, so each fare reflects its kilometres honestly — Aurora at 49 km comes to $148.91, while Newmarket, a few kilometres further up the line, quotes slightly higher.

  • What if my flight into Pearson is delayed?

We track the flight number you give at booking, so the pickup follows the actual landing — early or late — with no extra charges and nothing for you to rearrange.

  • Is Aurora to Pearson cheaper than the pickup?

Slightly — airport drop-offs carry no airport fee, so departures to Pearson quote a little lower. Book both directions together and each is a flat, all-in total fixed in advance.
