The 401 east, as it actually drives

Your chauffeur picks up anywhere in London, joins the 401 via Highbury Avenue or Veterans Memorial Parkway, and settles in: past Ingersoll, past Woodstock where the 403 splits off, through the Cambridge flats, and into the one stretch that decides your day — the 401 through Milton, where construction and truck volume can add most of an hour at peak. Then the 427 north delivers you to the departures curb at Terminal 1 or 3.

Timing a flight from 175 km out

For a morning international departure, count backwards from being inside the terminal three hours before the flight: an 8 a.m. departure means a terminal arrival near 5 a.m., which means leaving London between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m. That's a real pickup we run routinely — the service is 24/7 — and most travellers sleep for the first hundred kilometres.
