London to Toronto Airport Car Service — Flat-Rate, Door to Door
Two hours east on the 401, priced as one number before you leave the Forest City — no meter, no transfers, no station at either end.
A chauffeured car from London to Toronto Pearson is a flat $458.76 all-in for a sedan — a 174.8 km run covered by one number that already includes gratuity, HST and card fee, with no airport fee on drop-offs. Free-flow the 401 does it in about 1 hour 45; plan for up to 2 and a half in weekday traffic. The quote at /ride/ prices all six vehicles for your exact London address, door to terminal.
What $458.76 buys on a 175-kilometre run
Everything. Base fare, gratuity, HST and the card fee are inside the total, and because this is a drop-off there's no airport pickup fee either. The number is locked at booking — a crawling merge at London's east end or a slow hour through Milton changes nothing, because nothing is metered. Long runs like this are ordinary work for this fleet, not a special arrangement: the same cars run Kingston and Sarnia distances every week.
Airport-bound fares from London, all-in:

The 401 east, as it actually drives
Your chauffeur picks up anywhere in London, joins the 401 via Highbury Avenue or Veterans Memorial Parkway, and settles in: past Ingersoll, past Woodstock where the 403 splits off, through the Cambridge flats, and into the one stretch that decides your day — the 401 through Milton, where construction and truck volume can add most of an hour at peak. Then the 427 north delivers you to the departures curb at Terminal 1 or 3.
Measured free-flow the drive is 107 minutes. We plan trips around 1 hour 45 to 2 and a half hours depending on your departure hour, and the chauffeur builds the buffer so you don't have to.
Western, Fanshawe, and the term-time exodus
Every September, December and April, Western University and Fanshawe College send waves of students through Pearson — international students especially, flying home with luggage no train seat accommodates. One SUV takes a whole apartment's worth of people and bags for $640.69, about $107 a seat when six share; a Sprinter Van moves a residence floor. Pickups from Masonville, Old North, downtown or campus itself are all the same flat London fare.
Medical travel, done gently
London Health Sciences Centre draws patients and families from across the province — and sends Londoners the other way when treatment means flying somewhere else. For those trips the details we handle by default matter more than usual: a door-to-door ride with no transfers, a chauffeur who loads every bag, a quiet cabin, and a schedule built around the traveller rather than a timetable. Book by phone at (416) 200-5070 if it's easier to talk it through than fill in a form.
The train, honestly
VIA runs the London–Toronto corridor and it's a legitimate way to reach downtown. But it is station-to-station: it departs downtown London and arrives at Union — not at Pearson — so an airport trip still needs a connection out to the terminal at the far end, with your luggage along for every leg. For a business day in the core, take the train. For a 9 a.m. flight with two checked bags and a 5:30 a.m. start, the arithmetic of connections rarely works, and that's the trip this page prices.
Timing a flight from 175 km out
For a morning international departure, count backwards from being inside the terminal three hours before the flight: an 8 a.m. departure means a terminal arrival near 5 a.m., which means leaving London between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m. That's a real pickup we run routinely — the service is 24/7 — and most travellers sleep for the first hundred kilometres. Afternoon flights are friendlier: leave four to five hours before departure and the buffer absorbs whatever Milton is doing.
Booking a London run — both directions
Book at /ride/ three or more hours ahead — for pre-dawn starts, the night before is the smart play. SMS confirmation on booking, a reminder about four hours before pickup, and a self-serve link to edit anything up to 12 hours out. Card (charged only once the ride is confirmed; Apple Pay and Google Pay supported) or cash to the chauffeur both work, and every trip gets an emailed receipt.
Flying home, a Pearson-to-London pickup is $479.00 all-in for a sedan, with the $15.27 airport pickup fee already inside and your flight tracked so the chauffeur meets the plane you actually arrive on. Meet & greet (+$65) adds a name sign inside arrivals. The full fleet is at /fleet/.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a limo from London Ontario to Pearson Airport?
A sedan is $458.76 all-in — gratuity, HST and card fee included, no airport fee on drop-offs. An SUV for up to six is $640.69 (about $107 per person full), and a 12-seat Sprinter Van is $1,390.17. Exact totals at /ride/.
How long does London to Toronto Pearson take by car?
The 174.8 km run is about 1 hour 45 free-flow, and we plan for up to 2 hours 30 at peak. The 401 through Milton is the stretch that decides which end of the range you get.
Isn't the VIA train easier than driving to Pearson?
The train is station-to-station — downtown London to Union, not the airport — so you still need a connection out to Pearson with your luggage. For early flights and checked bags, a door-to-terminal car in one seat is the simpler trip.
What time should I leave London for an 8 a.m. international flight?
Between 2:30 and 3:00 a.m., which puts you inside the terminal around 5 a.m. — three hours before departure. We run those pickups routinely; book the evening before and sleep in the car.
How much is the pickup from Pearson back to London?
$479.00 all-in for a sedan, including the $15.27 airport pickup fee. We collect your flight number and track the arrival, so delays move the pickup automatically with no waiting charges.
