How hourly hire works

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a minimum number of hours and give us a rough idea of your day — a start time, a starting address, and where you'd like to go. From there the itinerary is yours to shape. Your chauffeur drives you between stops, waits nearby while you're at each one, and is ready the moment you return. There's no re-booking between legs and no meter ticking while you wait.

Billing is by the hour from your scheduled pickup, quoted as a flat rate before the day begins so you know the cost in advance. If the plan runs long or short on the day, your chauffeur simply keeps to the clock — you're never surprised by surge pricing or per-kilometre charges.

When as-directed service makes sense

Hourly hire suits any day built from several movements rather than a single A-to-B trip. It's the natural choice when your schedule is fluid, when waiting is part of the plan, or when you'd rather not coordinate a fresh car for each leg.

Choosing the right vehicle for the day

Every vehicle in our fleet is available on an hourly basis, so you can match the car to the occasion and the group. For solo executives and pairs, the Sedan or Premium Sedan (Mercedes-Benz) offer a quiet, composed cabin for calls between stops. For families, small teams or a day with luggage, the SUV and Premium SUV (Cadillac Escalade) seat up to six in comfort.

What to expect from your chauffeur

Your driver is a vetted, licensed professional who knows the region and dresses and conducts themselves to a white-glove standard. They'll help with doors and luggage, keep the cabin at your preferred temperature, and hold to your pace all day — present when you need them, unobtrusive when you don't.

Because the same chauffeur stays with you throughout, they learn the shape of your day as it unfolds: which stop is running long, where to stage the car, when you'll want to move. It's a level of continuity a series of separate rides simply can't offer.

Booking and lead time

Hourly bookings are quoted and confirmed online with your itinerary and chosen vehicle. Online quotes need at least three hours' lead time before your start; for anything sooner, a quick phone call to our team is the fastest way to arrange a car. For weddings, corporate roadshows and busy dates, booking a few days ahead helps secure your preferred vehicle.
