Hourly & As-Directed Limo Hire in the GTA
Keep a chauffeured vehicle and driver at your disposal for the hours you need — one flat rate, no meters, no watching the clock between stops.
Some journeys don't fit neatly into a single point-to-point transfer. A day of client meetings, a wedding with several venues, a shopping run across the GTA, or a tour of the city all call for the same thing: a car and chauffeur that stay with you and move on your schedule, not a dispatcher's. Our hourly, as-directed service books a professional driver and a late-model black vehicle for a set block of time, so you can add stops, change plans mid-day, and have someone wait while you step inside — all for one upfront price agreed before you set off.
How hourly hire works
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a minimum number of hours and give us a rough idea of your day — a start time, a starting address, and where you'd like to go. From there the itinerary is yours to shape. Your chauffeur drives you between stops, waits nearby while you're at each one, and is ready the moment you return. There's no re-booking between legs and no meter ticking while you wait.
Billing is by the hour from your scheduled pickup, quoted as a flat rate before the day begins so you know the cost in advance. If the plan runs long or short on the day, your chauffeur simply keeps to the clock — you're never surprised by surge pricing or per-kilometre charges.
When as-directed service makes sense
Hourly hire suits any day built from several movements rather than a single A-to-B trip. It's the natural choice when your schedule is fluid, when waiting is part of the plan, or when you'd rather not coordinate a fresh car for each leg.
- Back-to-back business meetings or client visits across Toronto, Mississauga and the wider GTA
- Weddings, proms, anniversaries and milestone celebrations that touch multiple venues
- City tours, wine-country day trips, and sightseeing at your own pace
- Shopping days, dinner-and-theatre evenings, and nights out
- Roadshows, conferences, and executive site visits with a driver on standby all day
- Airport runs bookended by errands or extra pickups
Wait-and-return, without the second booking
A common reason clients choose hourly is the pause in the middle — a two-hour dinner, a medical appointment, a viewing, a service you'll come back for. Instead of booking one car there and another back, your chauffeur waits and returns you when you're ready. The vehicle stays yours for the whole block.
This also removes the timing guesswork. You don't need to predict exactly when you'll finish or race to meet a return pickup. Step out when you're done and your car is there.
Choosing the right vehicle for the day
Every vehicle in our fleet is available on an hourly basis, so you can match the car to the occasion and the group. For solo executives and pairs, the Sedan or Premium Sedan (Mercedes-Benz) offer a quiet, composed cabin for calls between stops. For families, small teams or a day with luggage, the SUV and Premium SUV (Cadillac Escalade) seat up to six in comfort.
Larger groups have room to move too: the Sprinter Van carries up to eleven, ideal for corporate outings and touring, while the Stretch Limousine seats up to eight for weddings and special occasions. Not sure which fits? The online quote lets you compare options side by side before you commit.
What to expect from your chauffeur
Your driver is a vetted, licensed professional who knows the region and dresses and conducts themselves to a white-glove standard. They'll help with doors and luggage, keep the cabin at your preferred temperature, and hold to your pace all day — present when you need them, unobtrusive when you don't.
Because the same chauffeur stays with you throughout, they learn the shape of your day as it unfolds: which stop is running long, where to stage the car, when you'll want to move. It's a level of continuity a series of separate rides simply can't offer.
Booking and lead time
Hourly bookings are quoted and confirmed online with your itinerary and chosen vehicle. Online quotes need at least three hours' lead time before your start; for anything sooner, a quick phone call to our team is the fastest way to arrange a car. For weddings, corporate roadshows and busy dates, booking a few days ahead helps secure your preferred vehicle.
You don't need a minute-by-minute plan to reserve — a start time and a general outline are enough. The details can flex on the day; that flexibility is the whole point of hiring by the hour.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of hours for hourly limo hire?
Yes. As-directed bookings are reserved in a minimum block of hours, which varies by vehicle. Your instant online quote shows the minimum and the flat hourly rate for the car you choose before you confirm.
Does the chauffeur wait between stops at no extra charge?
Yes. With hourly hire your chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the whole booking, including waiting time between stops. Waiting is part of the reserved hours — there's no separate meter running while you're inside.
Can I change my itinerary on the day?
Absolutely. Hourly service is designed to flex. You can add stops, reorder them, or extend your time as the day unfolds. You only need to give a rough plan when you book; the details can change on the go.
How is hourly hire priced?
By a flat rate per hour, agreed upfront before your booking begins — no meters, surge pricing or per-kilometre fees. If your day runs longer than reserved, additional time is charged at the same clear hourly rate.
Which vehicle is best for hourly hire?
It depends on your group and occasion: sedans for one or two passengers, SUVs for up to six with luggage, the Sprinter Van for up to eleven, and the stretch limousine for special occasions. Every vehicle can be booked by the hour.
How far in advance should I book?
Online hourly quotes need at least three hours' lead time. For weddings, corporate days and peak dates, booking a few days ahead is best to secure your preferred vehicle. Within three hours, call us to arrange a car.
