Hamilton Airport to Toronto Limo

From YHM's compact terminal to the middle of Toronto — a fixed fare from $235.21 all-in, timed to your landing at Mount Hope.

A pre-booked limo from Hamilton Airport to Toronto is a flat $235.21 all-in for a sedan — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included — with an SUV from $321.34. The 81.9 km run from John C. Munro Hamilton International (YHM) typically takes 60–90 minutes: Highway 6 north from the terminal, Highway 403 down through Hamilton, the Burlington Skyway, then the QEW and Gardiner Expressway into downtown. Flight tracked, chauffeur timed to your landing — the instant quote at /ride/ shows your exact total.

A long-distance fare with nothing left out

Eighty-two kilometres is a serious transfer, and the fare treats it honestly: $235.21 all-in for the sedan and $321.34 for the SUV, with base fare, gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and the card fee all inside the number. It is locked at booking — a slow Skyway or a stacked QEW adds nothing, because there is no meter.

Going the other way, Toronto-to-YHM drop-offs carry no airport fee and quote a little lower — worth knowing if your cheap flight out leaves from Mount Hope. The instant quote compares every vehicle for your exact addresses.

  • Sedan — from $235.21 all-in, up to 3 passengers
  • SUV — from $321.34 all-in, up to 6 passengers
  • Premium SUV — from $423.29 all-in for executive arrivals
  • Sprinter Van — from $651.41 all-in for groups

Highway 6, the 403, the Skyway, the Gardiner

The run has a rhythm to it: Highway 6 north from the airport lands you on Highway 403 within minutes, then it is down the escarpment through Hamilton, over the Burlington Skyway, and onto the QEW's long pull past Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga before the Gardiner Expressway carries you into the towers. Off-peak, downtown is about an hour away; the eastbound QEW in the morning rush is what the top of the 60–90 minute range is for.

Not every Toronto address wants the lakeshore route. For North York, Markham or the 404 corporate corridor, the chauffeur can swing onto Highway 407 instead and come across the top — any toll rides inside the flat quote, never billed afterwards. The road is chosen from live traffic on the day; the price is chosen when you book.

A small terminal that makes pickups easy

YHM at Mount Hope is the anti-Pearson: one compact terminal, a short walk from the aircraft, and a curb that sits steps from the arrivals door. Your chauffeur is easy to find, and meet & greet (+$65) — a name sign inside the hall — turns the handoff into something close to door-to-door.

The airport also keeps unusual hours, with arrivals landing well outside the nine-to-five. That is precisely when flight tracking earns its keep: we take your flight number at booking and time the car to the actual landing, so a 1 a.m. arrival is met at 1 a.m. — or 2 a.m. if that is when the wheels actually touch — with no waiting charges either way.

Where in Toronto we take you

The drop-off end of this run covers the whole city, door to door:

  • The Financial District, Union Station and the downtown hotels
  • Yorkville and Midtown
  • Liberty Village and the waterfront condos
  • North York and the 404 corporate corridor via the 407
  • Scarborough and the east end
  • Pearson Airport — YHM-to-YYZ transfers between flights

Why pre-book from Mount Hope

YHM's low-cost flights come with a catch on the ground: there is no rail link into Toronto, and transit from Mount Hope means multiple transfers before you are even out of Hamilton. Arranging a ride on landing means negotiating an 82 km fare at the curb, or watching an app price the distance however it feels at that hour.

Pre-booked, the equation flips: the all-in total is agreed before you fly, the chauffeur tracks the flight, and the car — a late-model sedan or SUV from our fleet at /fleet/ — is assigned to you before you board. For Hamilton-bound arrivals rather than Toronto, our John C. Munro Hamilton Airport limo service page covers the short-haul side, and the reverse run has its own page at Pearson Airport to Hamilton.

Booking and payment

Book at /ride/ three or more hours ahead; closer than that, call (416) 200-5070 or toll-free 1-877-200-5070 and we arrange it by phone. SMS confirmation at booking, an SMS reminder about four hours before pickup, and the emailed self-serve link lets you edit the booking up to 12 hours ahead — handy when a budget airline reschedules.

Pay by card — saved securely at booking, charged only once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay supported — or cash to the chauffeur on the day. Child seats are free and installed. Over 15 years connecting Hamilton's airport with Toronto.

From $235.21 all-in for a sedan and $321.34 for an SUV — gratuity, HST, the $15.27 airport pickup fee and card fee included. The instant quote at /ride/ shows the exact total for your Toronto address.

  • How long does Hamilton Airport to downtown Toronto take?

Typically 60–90 minutes for the 81.9 km run via Highway 6, the 403, the Burlington Skyway and the QEW. Off-peak it is about an hour; the morning QEW eastbound pushes toward ninety.

  • Do you track flights into YHM?

Yes — every airport pickup includes flight tracking. Give us the flight number at booking and the chauffeur is timed to the actual landing, including late-night arrivals, with no waiting charges.

  • Can you take me from Hamilton Airport to Pearson?

Yes — YHM-to-YYZ transfers between flights are a regular run. Book with your arrival flight number and we track it, then deliver you to the right Pearson terminal for the onward leg.

  • Is meet & greet available at Hamilton Airport?

Yes — for +$65 the chauffeur waits inside YHM's arrivals hall with a name sign. The terminal is compact, so the walk from the aircraft to the sign to the car is a short one.
