Blue Mountain Airport Limo Service

Door-to-door chauffeured cars between Pearson and Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury, Craigleith and Clarksburg — ski bags accounted for, lake-effect snow planned around.

A ski trip's weakest link is almost never the skiing — it is the 149 kilometres between Pearson and the hill, driven at night, in December, with two ski bags that were never going to fit a normal trunk. Our Blue Mountain service is built around exactly that run: vehicles sized for gear, chauffeurs who respect what Georgian Bay does to the Stayner–Collingwood stretch in winter, and a flat all-in fare to Blue Mountain Village, Thornbury, Craigleith or Clarksburg that is settled before anyone checks a forecast.

Built for ski weekends and gear

Fly-in ski trips to Blue Mountain follow a rhythm: land at Pearson Thursday or Friday evening, drive up in the dark, ski Saturday and Sunday, fly out Monday. We run that loop all season for families in Village condos and for members heading to the private clubs strung along the escarpment between Craigleith and Thornbury. Because every airport pickup is booked with a flight number, a late inbound from Chicago or Heathrow moves the pickup automatically — the car is waiting for the flight you actually land on.

Tell us the bag count when you book. Ski and snowboard bags lie flat in the SUV with seats for six, and a full group with gear takes the Sprinter Van, which seats up to eleven and swallows a rack's worth of equipment without anyone nursing a boot bag on their lap. The /fleet/ page shows both.

Snow squalls: the honest part

Between Barrie and Collingwood, Highway 26 crosses the lake-effect snow belt that Georgian Bay runs all winter, and there are January days when the last 40 kilometres take as long as the first hundred. We will not pretend otherwise. What we do instead: chauffeurs check conditions before every winter run, departure times carry honest buffers, and the flat fare means a slow squall crossing costs you nothing extra.

On the rare day the OPP closes a stretch outright, everyone waits together — but you will hear from us early, with options, rather than discovering it at the kerb.

The other three seasons at the mountain

Blue Mountain stopped being only a ski hill years ago. Summer fills the Village with concerts and mountain bikers, autumn brings the apple harvest and quieter inns around Thornbury and Clarksburg, and golf and Georgian Bay carry the shoulder months. The airport run is the same 149 kilometres in July as in January — just faster — and we drive it year-round, 24 hours a day.

For wedding weekends and multi-stop days — a Village pickup, a Thornbury winery, dinner in Collingwood — the hourly as-directed service keeps the car and chauffeur with you, with a three-hour minimum on online hourly quotes.

Pickup points around the Village and the shore

Blue Mountain Village is pedestrian at its core, so a precise pickup point matters: give us your hotel or condo building and we confirm the exact check-in loop or lobby entrance in advance. Chalets on the club roads, homes in Thornbury and Clarksburg, and the shoreline through Craigleith and Lora Bay are all door-to-door by address.

Arriving at Pearson, meet & greet ($65) puts your chauffeur inside Terminal 1 or 3 arrivals with a name sign — worth considering when four people, gear and a nine-o'clock landing all need shepherding to one vehicle.

Fares, vehicles and getting booked

A sedan to Pearson runs from $390.08 all-in from Blue Mountain Village and from $362.44 from Collingwood, with return pickups a little higher because arrivals include the $15.27 airport fee. The full vehicle table in both directions is on the Collingwood to Toronto Airport route page, and /ride/ prices your exact chalet or condo in seconds.

Book online three or more hours ahead; closer than that, call (416) 200-5070 — early and late runs are routine, since the first flights out of Pearson leave long before the lifts spin. An SMS confirms the trip, a reminder lands about four hours before pickup, and payment is card (charged once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted) or cash to the chauffeur.

Frequently asked questions

  • Will our ski bags fit?

Yes — tell us how many when you book. Ski and snowboard bags lie flat in the SUV, which still seats six, and larger groups with full gear take the Sprinter Van with up to eleven seats. A sedan handles two passengers with boot bags and one ski bag comfortably.

  • What happens if a squall hits on transfer day?

Your chauffeur checks conditions before setting out, the schedule carries a winter buffer, and the flat fare does not move however slow the Stayner–Collingwood stretch gets. If a road closes outright, we contact you early and rework the timing together.

  • Where in Blue Mountain Village do you pick up?

At your hotel or condo's check-in loop or lobby entrance — the Village core is pedestrian, so we confirm the exact spot with you in advance rather than leaving it to a pin on a map.

  • Do you also serve Thornbury, Craigleith and Clarksburg?

Yes — the whole Town of The Blue Mountains is covered door-to-door, including Craigleith, Lora Bay and the club roads along the escarpment, each priced flat by exact address at /ride/.
