We will not pretend otherwise. Arriving at Pearson, meet & greet ($65) puts your chauffeur inside Terminal 1 or 3 arrivals with a name sign — worth considering when four people, gear and a nine-o'clock landing all need shepherding to one vehicle.

Book online three or more hours ahead; closer than that, call (416) 200-5070 — early and late runs are routine, since the first flights out of Pearson leave long before the lifts spin. An SMS confirms the trip, a reminder lands about four hours before pickup, and payment is card (charged once the ride is confirmed, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted) or cash to the chauffeur.

Yes — tell us how many when you book. Ski and snowboard bags lie flat in the SUV, which still seats six, and larger groups with full gear take the Sprinter Van with up to eleven seats. A sedan handles two passengers with boot bags and one ski bag comfortably.
What happens if a squall hits on transfer day?
Your chauffeur checks conditions before setting out, the schedule carries a winter buffer, and the flat fare does not move however slow the Stayner–Collingwood stretch gets. If a road closes outright, we contact you early and rework the timing together.
