Alliston to Toronto Airport Limo & Car Service
Plant visitors on tight itineraries, families out of Beeton and Tottenham — 81 km to Pearson, one fixed fare, two good roads.
A sedan from Alliston to Toronto Pearson costs a flat $212.56 all-in — gratuity, HST and card fee included, no airport fee in this direction — for the 80.99 km run, which takes about 50–75 minutes. The chauffeur has two honest routes to choose from: Highway 89 east to the 400 at Cookstown, or Highway 27 south the old-fashioned way. Either one delivers you to the terminals on the same fixed number, quoted instantly at /ride/.
Plant visits, plane tickets and a fixed fare
Alliston's airport traffic has a particular rhythm: Honda of Canada Manufacturing brings a steady stream of visiting engineers, suppliers and executives through Pearson, most of them on schedules where a missed pickup ripples through a whole plant visit. Pre-booked cars suit that world — the fare is agreed in advance, the pickup time is tied to the actual flight, and the receipt arrives by email for the expense file. No invented corporate programs, just transfers that show up.
The same cars, of course, carry New Tecumseth's other travellers: March Break families, Nottawasaga golf weekenders flying home, grandparents visiting for the holidays.
Two ways down: the 400 or Highway 27
The quick route runs Highway 89 east to Cookstown and joins the 400 southbound, trading a few extra kilometres for freeway speed the rest of the way to the 427 corridor. The steady route is Highway 27 itself, which starts at that same Cookstown junction and runs south through Bond Head, Schomberg and Nobleton to finish within sight of the airport lands.
Weekday mornings the 400 south of Bradford earns its reputation, and 27 becomes the smarter line; late at night the 400 is empty and obvious. The chauffeur reads the day; the 50–75 minute range covers both roads honestly.
The New Tecumseth fare card
Airport-bound, all-in, from an Alliston address — and if we're collecting you at Pearson instead, the terminal pickup fee lifts the sedan to $232.80, flight tracking included. Six people in one SUV pay $296.85 against $425.12 for the two sedans they'd otherwise need.
- Sedan — $212.56 all-in

- SUV — $296.85 all-in, six seats
- Premium SUV — $408.87 all-in, the Escalade

Beeton, Tottenham and the rest of the township
New Tecumseth is three towns wearing one municipal hat, and all three book the same service. Beeton and Tottenham sit south of Alliston, a touch closer to the Highway 9 and 27 corridors, so their totals come in slightly different from the figures above — the /ride/ quote prices each address exactly instead of averaging the township. Rural concessions and the Green Briar and Briar Hill communities are all normal pickups.
Inbound guests: met at the terminal
For the return direction — a colleague or relative landing at Pearson — the booking holds their flight number and the car is timed to the wheels actually touching down, late or early. Add meet & greet for $65 and the chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name sign, which spares an overseas visitor the search for a car they've never seen. It's the difference between an arrival and a hand-off.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle pickups for Honda plant visitors?
Regularly — inbound engineers and suppliers landing at Pearson are met on flight-tracked pickups, with meet & greet available for $65, and dropped at the plant or their hotel. Departures run the same way in reverse, on a fare fixed at booking.
Which route will the chauffeur take from Alliston?
Either Highway 89 to the 400 at Cookstown, or Highway 27 south through Bond Head, Schomberg and Nobleton — whichever is moving better that hour. The flat fare doesn't depend on the choice.
Do Beeton and Tottenham pay the same fare as Alliston?
Close, but not identical — they sit a few kilometres differently, so each address generates its own all-in total at /ride/. All of New Tecumseth gets the same door-to-door service.
How early can a car collect us in Alliston?
Any hour — service is genuinely 24/7, and pre-dawn runs to Pearson are the corridor at its fastest. For a 7 a.m. flight, a 4:15 a.m. pickup is typical.
